It says my code is already redeemed - now what?

So what happens if you receive a message that says your code has already been redeemed?  This happens from time to time and is usually because a student didn't realize the code was already processed into their account.  You can check under "My Books" to see if your title is there, and if it is just click on it and you should have access to the book.   Below are some quick screen shots to walk you through it.

In the event you do not find the title under "My Books."  Please reach out to customer service (customerservice@fwk.com) with the following information:

(1)  The email address you used to register at Flat World
(2)  The full code you are trying to redeem (it is case sensitive)
(3)  If you purchased the code from your bookstore we need two numbers from the back of the Digital AAP card, located in the lower left-hand side
                or 
      If you received the code from your school or your professor please provide the name of the school, the professor's full name, course name, course number, section and start date.
