Business Presentations covers a wide range of business, professional, and strategic communications in a clear and concise format. McLean uses real-world examples to discuss communication for mobile messages, social media community development, crisis press conferences, and creative elevator pitches. The text explores information about presentations and the art of persuasion, as it addresses audience analysis, common challenges, and expectations.

  • Clear and modular format that introduces business presentations in three parts: principles of business communication, delivering a presentation, and common contexts of business communication.
  • Carefully-selected problems and exercises that range from interesting puzzles to critical thinking questions.
  • Short-answer questions and reviews at the end of every chapter.
  • Key terms with definitions.
  • Customizable.
